Shini USA All in One Honeycomb Desiccant Wheel Portable Drying Cart
| The Shini USA SCD All in One Honeycomb Desiccant Wheel Drying Cart consists of a drying hopper, honeycomb desiccant wheel dryer, controls, interconnecting heat resistant hose, two stages loaded with receivers mounted on a portable cart. The drying hopper on the SCD All in One is constructed with stainless steel for all material contact parts, is insulated and has an aluminum outer layer. The All in One Desiccant Wheel Portable Drying Cart features the latest in rotary wheel drying technology which allows dehumidifying, regenerating and cooling cycles to occur at the same time while delivering a dew point of -40°F. The Honeycomb desiccant rotor dryer can attain a temperature of 320°F and has an unlimited service life. The compact design offers an energy savings up to 35% - all in a reduced foot print. Utilization of a Timing Belt Drive eliminates the slippage problems of traditional belts and broken drive teeth often found with chain drive designs. Features Include: • Twin condensers and a mounted return air filter prevent contamination to the honeycomb • SCD Dryers are equipped with a molecular sieve/gel sintered honeycomb rotor guaranteeing precise dehumidification • Dehumidification, regeneration and cooling are constantly achieved by three separate air flow loops through which the wheel continually rotates • Regenerative air is quickly and accurately cooled down by the use of twin condensers • Return air filter is mounted on the inside to ensuring a contamination free honeycomb wheel • Stainless Steel receivers controlled from the dryer panel • Non-proprietary PID Microprocessor temperature control system with regenerative temperature settings, real time displays and 7 day timer • Drying temperatures up to 320°F • Up to 35% operating savings |
