The Shini USA Compressed Air Venturi Loaders are designed to provide trouble-free conveying using compressed air.  Highly efficient, the Shini USA Compressed Air Venturi Loader, which is easily installed, mounts directly onto the machine throat and uses the vacuum to draw material from drums, bins or gaylords. From here, the material is conveyed via compressed air to the stainless steel receiving hopper. Material is separated from the conveying air stream via filter assembly and deposited into a bin or machine throat. The design of the Tube Loader allows for material to flow without the need for a discharge valve. The Shini USA Compressed Air Venturi Loader is equipped with a sensor for notification of when to load and the material flow is easily adjusted for throughput.
