The Shini USA Low Speed Staggered Blade Granulators are available in 460 or 230 volt.  The D2 Steel Cassette Knives ensure well proportioned granules with minimal amounts of dust. The Cassette Knives are easily and economically replaced eliminating the high cost of resharpening and resetting knives.

A tilt back hopper makes all components accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance with easy blade removal.

The Industrial Granulators are designed for high shear and heavy volume for use in injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming. All models include a vacuum take off bin.

The Shini USA size reduction equipement is operator friendly and safe to operate ensuring excellent performance. The Beside the Press Granulators are used for grinding sprues, runners and rejected parts. The plastics granulators may be used with robot feed, conveyor feed or hand feed operations.
