The Shini USA Air Cooled Portable Chillers deliver rich chilling control with excellent accuracy, non-ferrous piping, full diagnostics, insulated Stainless Steel Reservoir, and a non-proprietary controller. The Industrial Liquid Chillers are intended for indoor use only and will not operate in ambient conditions under 60oF.
The Shini USA Portable Air-Cooled Chillers are found in many different industries such as plastics, rubber, web, die-casting, chemical and food industries.
The Air Cooled Portable Chillers utilize a vertical air discharge design that enhances comfort in your plant by carrying heat up and away from your process and your operators. The heavy duty powder coated cabinet, industrial Copeland Scroll Compressor and Siemens electrical components will stand up to even the harshest operating conditions.
Each Air-Cooled Portable Chiller is designed with a hot gas by-pass valve for varying load conditions to keep your chiller operating at optimum design conditions. An automatic water by-pass is standard to prevent a no flow condition that could lead to freezing the evaporator.
