The Shini USA low-speed open rotor scissor cut granulators are sound-proof and energy efficient. Our low-speed granulators offer a tilt-back hopper and clamshell chamber for easy cleaning. These scissor cut granulators have a regrind bin with vacuum take-off probe and are available in either 460 or 230 volt.
Our open rotor granulator also features D2 steel cassette knives to ensure well-proportioned granules with minimal amounts of dust, helping to improve air quality and cleanliness within your facility.

One major feature of our scissor cut granulator is our cassette knives. These knives are easily and economically replaced, eliminating the high cost of resharpening and resetting knives. The tilt-back hopper in this low-speed granulator ensures all components are accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance, including easy blade removal.
The industrial open rotor granulators are designed for high shear and heavy volume for use in injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming. All low-speed granulator models include a vacuum take-off bin, and are operator-friendly and safe ensuring excellent performance.
The low-speed open rotor scissor cut granulators are used for grinding sprues, runners and rejected parts. The plastic open rotor granulators may be used with robot feed, conveyor feed or hand feed operations.
