At Shini USA, our Heavy Duty Surge Bins are high- quality, reliable solutions for intermediate storage of bulk plastic material. Constructed out of 14-gauge carbon steel, our Surge bins are for industrial use and allows quick accessible in-plant storage for product.
Shini USA’s Heavy Duty Surge Bins are designed to be easily incorporated in any operation. The Surge Bins allow easy placement with built-in lifting lugs and can be securely anchored to the facility floor through the bolt down foot pads.
The Heavy Duty Surge Bins models are available in 45° hopper slope for free flowing material, and 60° hopper slope that eases material prone to bridging. Each model contains a 12″square opening for discharge of material, as well as two viewing windows to inspect the amount of material in the surge bin.
